In this half-day or full-day workshop, teams and individuals learn how to apply five strategies for greater individual and team productivity:

  1. Confirming. Build confidence and self-esteem by understanding and appreciating your unique values, goals, and strengths.
  2. Capitalizing. Seek situations that bring out the best in you -- that allow you to use your own special strengths to the fullest.
 

  1. Moderating. Avoid overusing your most preferred strengths so you don't waste time and energy or have a negative impact on others.
  2. Supplementing. Get help from people with different strengths and viewpoints to fill in your blind spots and provide a wider perspective when planning and solving problems.
  3. Extending. Developing greater versatility in your approach to people and problems by using your least preferred strengths more frequently.
